Ordering
 
Wellington House, Inc. is a Wholesale Distributor selling direct to nationwide properties. 
 
New customers, please contact us to set up your property with an account number, contact information, shipping and payment details.
 
We accept orders by phone/fax/email and on-line. To place orders by phone, please call 503-661-8693 or 800-234-4890 during our business hours of 8:00am-5:00pm PST, Monday-Friday. We ship orders by UPS ground same day. For other shipping arrangements, please contact us or include detailed information on your purchase order.
 
 
 
General Terms and Conditions
 
HOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm, PST, Monday through Friday. 
 
New Customers: To set up your account, please call our Customer Service Department, please provide contact information, address, phone/fax/email information and credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For Net-30 terms, please provide the accounts payable contact, phone and email. 
 
On-line orders: www.wellington-hospitality.com is available 24 hours a day. First time orders, please sign in as guest or contact us, see “New Customers” for procedure.

Fax Orders: 503-669-5157. Our Fax line is open 24-hours a day, 7-days per week. Fax order forms are available under the “Order Forms” tab on the home page. You may download the PDF for your convenience.

Terms of Payment:
  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (no fee)
  • Net-30 terms, available upon request and approval, invoices are emailed or faxed the day product ships. Invoices are due within 30-days of invoice date. Past due invoices may incur loss of terms and account placed on Pre-Pay status. For further details, please contact our Accounting Department.
  • Returned Checks: $35.00 handling fee. A second NSF check will require pre-payment status applied to the account.
  • Past Due Accounts: Overdue Net-30 accounts may result in termination of Net-30 status. Orders on past-due may be delayed or cancelled. 
 
Notification: All pricing is subject to change without notice. 
 
 
 
Shipping/Handling
 
Freight charges will be noted on final invoice. UPS Ground unless otherwise stated and prior arrangements are made. Additional handling fees may be incurred when shipping by other carriers. UPS Next Day, Next Day PM, Two-Day, Three-Day, or Saturday delivery is available upon request. Orders are shipped F.O.B. from Wellington House, Inc. We cannot accept liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. A handling fee of $3.50 is included on all orders.
 
 
 
Will Call
 
Our Will-Call Department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST for local customers.
 
 
 
Defective Product
 
We will gladly accept returns on products which are deemed defective. Please contact our Hospitality Department for further details. A sample of the defective product may be requested for analysis and handling of credits or resolution.
 
 
 
 
Order Changes/Additions
 
In order to process orders in a timely manner, any additions, deletions or order cancellations must be made within ½ hour of placing an order.   We are happy to confirm faxed or emailed orders upon request.
 
Please check orders for accuracy including quantity descriptions to ensure receipt of intended goods. 
 
 
 
Specials/Promotions
 
When we offer specials and promotions, you must use the code provided in order to receive the discounts. Specials may only apply to the continental United States.
 
 
 
Past Due Accounts
 
Please note that any orders invoiced as Net-30 terms may be paid with credit card and will incur a handling fee of 2%. 
 
 
 
Product Guarantee
 
We guarantee to replace any item that is defective in material or workmanship free of charge, within 30-days of delivery. Our liability may be limited to the warranty conditions expressed by each manufacturer. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.   For return request, please contact our Hospitality Department for Return Authorization. If the product is deemed satisfactory, there may be a 20% restock fee applied.
